What I'm proud of:
Big, fancy companies I look up to have published my writing. My freelance writing career didn't take off after a wildly successful internship with a magazine, because I never did one. Instead, that scrappy little third grader who is still somewhere inside me pushed until she got where she wanted to be. I'm proud to say my articles have made it into major publications and websites including Dwell.com, 1859 Oregon's Magazine, POPSUGAR, Bend Magazine, Yellow Co., 1889 Washington's Magazine and more.
Fact checking someone's experience to make sure they're not a weird, exaggerating liar is zero fun. The proof is in the pudding — so here's the pudding.
